How do I register?
A: To register, simply provide your user name & password, your personal and contact information (full name, address, phone, and e-mail), and you are ready to go! You can edit this information at any time. Just go to 'My PulseHR' and select 'Edit Account'.

Q: How do I post a profile? 
A: To post a profile, you need to register (select your user name & password and provide your contact information), and then fill out our online application form, which takes approximately 10 minutes or less. You can also attach your resume and cover letter, just copy and paste them in the designated spaces on your profile. You can edit your profile information, including resume and cover letter, at any time.

You can post a profile in one of the following categories: Medicine, Nursing, TASA (Therapy, Assessment, Support and Allied Services), Dentistry, and Corporate Biotechnology sector.

Q: How do I edit my account and profile information?
A: Just go to 'My PulseHR' and select 'Edit Account' or click the 'Edit' button next to the profile you want to update. You will also be able to edit the resume and cover letter you have included with the profile.

Q: How many profiles can I post?
A: You can post up to 3 individual profiles.

You can post a profile in one of the following categories: Medicine, Nursing, TASA (Therapy, Assessment, Support and Allied Services), Dentistry, and Corporate Biotechnology sector.

Q: How long will my profiles be posted?
A: Your profiles will be posted until you remove them. The summary page of your profile, which is visible to employers, will include date the profile was last updated.

Q: Will I know, if employers have viewed my profile?
A: Yes, in 'My PulseHR' you will be able to see the number of employers to have viewed your profiles. You will not be able to see, however, who those employers were. Not until you are invited for an interview, of course!

Q: Can I choose not to display my personal and contact information?
A: Yes, you can. While creating a profile, you will be able to select whether or not employers will be able to see this information on your full profile page. Your personal and contact information is never shown on the summary page.

Q: Can I store selected job postings, so that I can review them later?
A: Most certainly. Just click 'Add to Favorites' button, and your job will be stored in 'My PulseHR', in your 'Favorite Jobs' folder. You can review or delete jobs from this folder later.

Q: Can I directly apply for all listed jobs?
A: Yes, you will be able to apply for jobs directly. Just click the button, and your profile will be sent directly to the employer.

Q: How do I keep track of the jobs I've applied for?
A: Each time you apply for a job, it is automatically stored in 'My PulseHR'.  To review all the jobs you have applied for, just go to 'My PulseHR' and select 'Search History'.

Q: Will I be able to send my profile directly to companies listed in 'Companies'?
A: You will be able to forward your profiles to all listed companies that have enabled this function with us.  When this is available, you will see a button "Apply to This Company" on the company description page.

Q: Will I receive e-mail alerts when new jobs get posted?
A: Yes, if you wish, you will receive e-mail notifications every time a new job matching your criteria gets posted on our site. At this time, you can specify one set of multiple criteria.

A: For career tools, visit our Resources page. There you will find a lot of information related to career choices and job search, such as how to conduct a job search, how to write effective resume and cover letter, how to ace a job interview, how to find out what compensation is the market average in your field, how to find employment abroad and prepare for a trip, and much more.
